About Sunrise Real Estate Costa Rica:

After working several years as independent real estate consultants and active real estate investors, Bradley and Elvis decided with their friend Felix who works as Business and Internet Consultants to organize the current and future real estate opportunities more professional and offer the real estate investments to a broader interest group over the Internet. We believe that the Caribbean Coast still offers bargain real estate in costa rica which are elsewhere hard to find. The beauty and tranquility of the atlantic area of costa rica captured the partners of sunrise real estate for years and they would love to welcome you here as new neighbor and friend. The name Sunrise Real Estate comes from the business opportunity (Rising Sun for Real Estate Investments) as well the geographic area with views to the East; towards the Caribbean Sea; and its beautiful Sunrises.

About Sunrise Real Estate Owners:

Bradley Johnston Martinez:

A 44-year-old US Citizen, living since 34 years in Costa Rica including his High School and College Years at the Country Day School in San Jose, Costa Rica and as a long term resident of Alegria Siquires. Bradley is a Management Graduate of the Loyola University in St. Louis. He worked for years as Financial Analyst for Banana Multinationals, and Farm Manager for Cattle and Agricultural Companies. Consulted on alternative tropical products and developed, managed a Macadamia farm in Alegria, Costa Rica. Years of Experience in Real Estate Development Coordination and himself owner of different local investment properties including the local Gourmet Restaurant-Mirrador "Only you" in Alegria with international and costa rican food. Trained as a real estate broker by the Costa Rican Real Estate Association. Mr. Johnston is the main contact person in Costa Rica and is always available for welcoming and touring interested persons. His experience makes him especially valuable for all business and agricultural investments.

Elvis Araya Williams:

A 34-year-old local Costa Rican from Siquires with US work experience and investments in ornamental plant export, farms, and rainforest conservation projects. He has 14 years experience in realty of commercial, agro-industrial and rainforest properties as well as in the property care-taking, maintenance, and supervision service. Other activities include rainforest tour operator and real estate development coordinator in the Atlantic of Caribbean cost of Costa Rica. Mr. Araya is the person always on the search for the perfect property or investment for you. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects of investing in and owning a rainforest property. Further he can help with all additional local services from renovation, surveillance, as well as exports from Costa Rica.

Felix Steinebrunner:

A 39-year-old Swiss-US citizen with an Engineering degree from ETHZ, Switzerland and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird. Several years of experience in project management for international industrial corporations and internet, business consulting in Europe, the USA, and in Costa Rica. A Costa Rica Vacation started his interest in the country, Costa Rican Food and Weather made him come back for work as well as vacation in Costa Rica. He is currently involved with different Internet Consulting, Import/Export, and Business Development Projects and is responsible for the website, internet marketing, and the foreign contact with interested clients.
